  1. When you run this program once, it creates default favorites.web and options.web 
  2. files and then save further changes to these files.

  4. This browser supports most content (Java, etc) through its ties with IE.
  5.  
  6. It is not meant to replace IE or Netscape, it merely runs and loads sites MUCH FASTER
  7. because it doesn't have all of the built in components and useless crud that IE and Netscape
  8. do.
